Implementation of Islamic Values in Hospital Management: Islamic General Hospital Boyolali’s Case

Islamic General Hospital X Boyolali applies Islamic-based HR management to his company. The purpose of this paper is determine the implementation values which had been applied by in process employee selection and development. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with interviews, observations documentations collecting data tools. Informants are people department from lowest level highest management. As an hospital whose mission provide quality, shar'i fair health services, always developing its human resource potential.
